A very special thanks to my friends Mitch and Robin for their incompar- able hospitality. Their place has been my base for all my trips this summer. Gourmet food, bed, shower, climbing wall and the best friends I could hope for. Thanks for lots of really great times. I only hope someday I can return the favor.
